What postage is included with my order and when can I expect delivery of my parcel?

We include next day delivery for all customers if you are in the UK for shopping cart totals over £20 (2nd class if under). For international orders there are options at the checkout but will be posted out immediately as well dispatched from the UK. The cut off point for postage each day is 12 noon.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER AND WHAT ARE OUR GUIDELINES?

We understand that occasionally you may not be happy with and nutrition supplement or essential oil or have change your mind or want to return an item. If you wish to return it to us, please contact us at:

We offer free returns to domestic orders and returns for international within 30 days of ordering.
​
Domestic orders please contact us for a postage stamp to attached to parcel.
When you return the items back, please make sure you include a covering note with your order number, name and the reason for return otherwise we may not be able to process your return.
